Project Title: Common Root Farm New Employee Onboarding

Summary: Since the onset of COVID, I noticed an increase in people wanting to learn how to farm. Common Root Farm is an educational farm where the general population can learn about organic and regenerative farming. However, when it comes to working on the farm, there is some important information that the new farm workers must know before they start. 

Challenge: I discovered that, for those new to farming, determining where to use the restroom and what to wear while working on the farm was unclear.  Without clear guidance on where to use the restroom and what to wear, workers put themselves and others at risk of bodily injury and/or foodborne illnesses. 

Solution: I developed a comprehensive solution that provides new farm workers with clear guidance on where to use the restroom and what to wear while working on the farm. This also helps farm workers understand why using the designated restrooms and wearing the appropriate clothing is essential. 

Results: After completing the course, farm workers should be able to use the designated restrooms and dress appropriately for working on the farm.
